Head down Gloucester Street to find Christchurch's largest display of contemporary art. The Centre of Contemporary Art holds over 60 exhibitions a year, each with their own distinct differences.

Gain an understanding of local and New Zealand art while enjoying the wonderful works on offer. As well as the exhibitions, there are also extensive art services available for members and an Open Gallery where accomplished New Zealand artists can sell their works.

Established in 1880, the Centre of Contemporary Art is the oldest art institution in Christchurch.
