Hagley Park

General information

Stretching out over 161 hectares, Hagley Park is a focal point for the city of Christchurch and has been since as far back as the 1850’s. It’s a central city park on a grand scale, a beautiful sight all year round but especially so during autumn and as the flowers blossom in spring.

Visiting Hagley Park you’ll come across many joggers, walkers, tourists and others out enjoying the various sights and activities that make it such an important part of Christchurch. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from the city centre so is perfectly located.
